Trinity Sunday

I had a response to a sermon challenging my approach to sin – too lax.
This gives my starting place and in its various iterations over the years has helped pastorally. Too many people have come seeking healing and they have real difficulty in accepting the goodness of God’s gift of life and love because basically they feel they are fatally flawed and beyond redemption.

  1. The real fatal flaw about sin can be thought in people’s conception on self which is wrongly rooted in illusion as if they can exist without the Other (ie God). As long as denying this relationship with this free God, man can’t be truely free by submitting themselves to nothingness. Understanding God’s Trinitarian indwellent in man may be helpful for this. (John 14)
